		<description>Well, Flash is a tool like any other.  It is a great tool but not the right tool for building entire sites in.

There is plenty of work for &quot;unemployed web designers,&quot; if she is willing to pick up additional skills and learn more about coding, a smattering of programing and internet marketing/search optimization.  Having those overlapping skills is the only way to really serve clients well and design sites that are functional as well as beautiful.</description>
